We Care About You
At Eleos Services we are continually doing our best to make sure that caregivers and the ones they care for are benefiting from our organization’s decision-making.
We are financially responsible while getting the highest payment rates to caregivers. We contract with residential caregivers at 70% of state payment rates and reward our long-term partners for 5 years with an increase to 72.5%. We are not going to ask you to donate or support the organization, we are here to care for and support you.

Nursing Support
Eleos Services provides the best and most nursing support in the state with the lowest nurse-to-patient ratio. State of Colorado Regulations leaves a lot of flexibility for Service Agencies to decide how much they will invest in nursing support if any at all. Eleos Services has made having a full-time nurse available for our residential services a priority.

Custom Approach
We want to make services work for you. Because we are local and family-owned, we can make decisions to fit your specific needs. We keep current with changes that affect service delivery in Colorado. We will work with the systems and advocate for approaches that are centered around you.

Convenience
We understand firsthand that your caregiving takes priority. We are going to do our best to ensure that meeting training and documentation requirements are set up to be easy to access. We want you to have the flexibility to pick the days and times that work for you. We offer nearly all the training and documentation systems online through secure web-based services, some even offering mobile apps.
Our History
Family is our Focus
Eleos Services has been family owned and operated since 2015, inspired by Jennifer’s daughter, Elli. Elli has Smith-Magenis Syndrome, and with her family leading her care teams, she has had wonderful opportunities to be involved in the Northern Colorado community. When Elli graduated from high school and transitioned from children’s services to adult services, her family wanted to continue to be her advocate and also serve other families by providing opportunities for family-focused services and support. They saw the need to start a Program Approved Service Agency (PASA), and Eleos Services was born.
Our Team
Experienced Leadership
Jennifer Struck RN, CDDN
Director
Jennifer’s roles as a family caregiver and host home provider, paired with her nursing background in public health and experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, makes her a passionate advocate for the Eleos Services families.
Jennifer has been a Registered Nurse (RN) for over 25 years, and since 2010 she has held the distinction of Certified Developmental Disabilities Nurse (CDDN), a nursing specialty recognition awarded to just a very small handful of nurses in the State of Colorado.

Together they have experience in caregiving, management, long-term care services, familiarity with other service agencies, and understanding the unique role of being a family member of a person with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Formally or informally, they’ve all been a part of the team from the beginning.
